1) How fit do I need to be to go caving at Pridhamsleigh Cavern?

It’s not necessary to be very aerobically fit, and there will be plenty of time for rest stops whilst looking at cave features etc., but good mobility is necessary due to the nature of the cave, with some stooping, and crawling on hands and knees necessary at times.
