About the Confidence Building course:

Maybe you are new to the seemingly scary adventurous sport of rock climbing and abseiling and would like to build your confidence slowly and really get to grips with how safe and fun it can be. Or perhaps you have an event you would like to prepare for, like an abseil for charity or you simply want to work on reducing your fear of heights. Equally, perhaps you’ve been climbing for a while and had a fall that has knocked your confidence, or feel that your confidence level is limiting your progress.

With decades of experience helping children and adults, we can guide you to evaluate how you feel, to understand the safety margins in the equipment used, and take you to a point in your climbing where you feel in a comfortable development zone, can embrace the challenge and find it fun – ready to head onwards and upwards!

The sense of achievement and elation you get from overcoming your fears is a real buzz and can help with personal confidence in other aspects of your life.

After a chat about what you hope to get from this session. We will decide which skills and areas of confidence you would like to work on.

There may be a discount for booking two Climbing Workshops as a full 1 day course combination. Please enquire for details.
