About the activity:
The South Devon coast has a different character at every time of year and is unfailingly beautiful. The spring and summer months are a perfect time for flowers, bird and butterfly-spotting along our South Devon coast paths as well as seals and cetaceans. Autumn and winter offer a wilder and more dramatic time to walk the coastline, and when the paths are usually quieter.
Whether you would like to take your time and enjoy macro, telephoto or landscape photography; want to have a good stretch of your legs perhaps stopping for a swim and ice cream along the way; or want to challenge yourself to hike a certain stretch of the coast, we will guide you according to your interests. Please get in touch to discuss your day out.

Physicality:
The level of walk you wish to take will be discussed with you and tailored to your requirements as far as possible. Much of the South Devon coast is hilly and can be muddy, slippery and uneven underfoot. The length in distance will depend on the exact route taken, and we will keep the pace at a level to suit you, so that you can enjoy the sights along the way, whilst bearing in mind the ground that needs to be covered (short cuts may be possible if needs be).
Previous experience:
Previous walks on hilly and uneven ground, taking in several miles would be helpful (although not necessary), as would well worn-in walking boots.
