If you have walking poles, it can be a good idea to bring them. Gaiters also help to keep your feet dry and protect your lower legs/trousers from spiky plants. A flask with hot drink can be worth its weight in gold!
Physicality:
This walk takes place on a coastal path with undulating terrain, and may be muddy/slippery in places. The length will depend on the exact route taken, but you should enjoy a good day out, with 10 miles being a reasonably comfortable distance for you. We keep the pace at a level to suit you, so that you can enjoy the sights along the way, whilst bearing in mind the ground that needs to be covered (short cuts may be possible if needs be).
Previous experience:
Previous walks on hilly and uneven ground, taking in several miles would be helpful, as would well worn-in walking boots.
